Strict control measures protect the privacy of every piece of information we receive and every record we transmit. Individual domain accounts for each processor mean access to source documents is restricted to authorised employees only. The machines used by processors have no floppy, USB or CD-ROM drives, anti-virus software is updated regularly, and paper use on the floor is kept to a minimum.
